My bus had that problem. Windshield seal looked fine, but it was decades old and wasn’t fine. Replaced it and the problem went away.

I’ve had a look ,spare wheel to remove as well . There are rectangular holes in front of the screw mounts . These have been taped up , but one in line with my drip has come away. Pouring a small amount of water in there , and shortly some drips came through inside . So I’m going to seal them off and hopefully remain dry. I guess they’re meant to be a designed drain away from the air intake but corrosion has meant it doesn’t drain out where it’s meant to . It’s been invaluable finding this site and information I’ve found so far. I think I’ll have to become full member.
